We had a wonderful meal at La Tosca. We sat outside and it was lovely. We had the Amatriciana and the Carbonara. Both were piping hot and a large portion of food. Miguel was an excellent waiter. The bread and pesto butter before our meal came was also very nice.
We saw how busy this restaurant looked on our walks in the neighborhood and were eager to try it out. We were not disappointed. We sat outside with candlelight and checkered tablecloths. It felt like we were in a little restaurant in Naples. The service was very friendly and the food was first class. I had the fettuccine carbonara which was heavenly. The wine selection was extensive and I enjoyed a lovely glass of Chardonnay. I would recommend going early if you don't have a reservation ( we arrived at just after 6 pm) and there were tables available for couples. We did see a few groups of American tourists being quite rude to the staff as there was not a suitable table available for their party of 8. It was a little shocking to see such behaviour. They were seated but didn't stop grumbling and were walking around with beers. I guess some people have no manners.
WOW! This place is incredible and the ratings are correct! Start with the bruschetta because the eggplant on top is like nothing I’ve had before and takes overnight to create. Chef came by to say hi and gave insight to his recipes. Staff was excellent. We got recommendation from The Office bar around the corner-another awesome place. Highly recommend La Tosca Trattoria!
When you're in Mexico, but you want. Italian La Tosca is the place to go great atmosphere. Excellent place to dime. The food was terrific, as you can see by my photos.
Viva Italia! Very authentic house-made pasta & sauces that are a must try. They also offer the classic Italian dishes, such as veal piccata, and chicken Parmesan. Very popular and a very well designed, enjoyable environment . (Retractable roof) Dine inside or out. Good wine list! Lovely service from Nitra!
Food, wine, musical ambiance and attentive service were all beyond 5 stars. One of the best Italian restaurants not only outside of Italy...but among the best in Roma, Napoli, Milano and Tosca !

From the moment I walked in, the impeccable service stood out. The team here truly works in harmony, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. We started with the calamari, and it was a standout dish. It was perfectly seasoned, fresh, and so delicious that I could have easily ordered a second plate. The restaurant also provided bread, which was a nice touch to start the meal. For our main courses, we ordered the Spaghetti a lo Scoglio, a seafood pasta that was nothing short of perfection. The flavors were vibrant and fresh, and with a squeeze of lime, the dish reached an entirely new level of deliciousness. I cleaned my plate it was that good! The Pappardelle Funghi e Salsiccia was another highlight. The combination of earthy mushrooms and savory sausage was divine. It’s clear the kitchen takes pride in delivering authentic Italian flavors. Next time, I'm ordering this. To end the meal, we tried the Tiramisu. While it didn’t quite reach the heights of the other dishes, it was still enjoyable and something I would order again. The ambiance at La Tosca Trattoria is equally noteworthy. With its romantic vibe and live music, it’s an ideal spot for a date night or even a solo I'm loving on me outing. What I appreciated most was the pacing of the meal. The wait for food was just right, neither too rushed nor too slow. This allowed us to savor each course and enjoy the evening fully.
